"Green" Buy-In

Occupant behavioral change creates energy savings.

Whereas LEED points are awarded on designs, one very big “green” and energy-use performance area will be in creating a behavioral change on the part of building occupants and building operators – and for that you don’t get LEED points. Work to get the “green” buy-in on the part of occupants and facility operators.
