We are now seeing the 6th generation of robotic systems, and they work quite well. When installing automated water delivery systems, orient wall-mounted pipe T-connectors as flat against the wall as possible to avoid T-connectors being broken off during rack movement. But beware of ultrasonic occupancy sensors because they cause seizures in certain strains of mice. And as a security strategy, put air handlers and exhaust fans on the roof to make them inaccessible to aggressive activists.
