The term "loose fit" was used two ways in connection with planning strategy at Tradeline's Research Buildings 2005 Conference. Stanford Clark Center's overhead hooks and rails utility grid; and GlaxoSmithKline's big box lab floors built out completely with casework added after space is completed.
