In large animal facilities, light and light-colored materials is a big deal in terms of animal behavior. Large animal will move toward lighted areas and light-colored surfaces, and they will move away from dark areas and dark-colored surfaces. Also, consider rubber flooring in larger animal facilities to avoid the cost of bedding and bedding handling. This has labor-saving and sustainability benefits.
