Project Decision Making

An efficiency tip.

You can cut a lot of time out of otherwise lengthy capital project decision-making by posting the results of project meetings on a local Web network to the larger project constituency. Then if you don’t hear anything back from anyone, assume you can proceed.  (Called the electronically enhanced decision-by-default technique)
