Fees and Discounts

Conference Registration Fee:

$1440 USD (If registered by 09/12/2008)

After 09/12/2008: $1590.00 USD

Discounts You May Be Eligible For

Team Registration (groups of 2 or more from the same organization - per person discount) - $100 USD

** Special group discounts available for 5+ individuals - call 925-254-1744 x 12 for information.

Room rates at :

Per night: $209 (single occupancy) or $229 (double occupancy)
Room Tax: +14%

Registration fee includes:

All general sessions, selection of forums/workshops, a dessert and coffee reception, two lunches, one breakfast, a wine and cheese reception, refreshment breaks, and a conference workbook of speakers' presentations.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Tradeline, Inc. MUST receive all cancellations and changes to registrations in writing. You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. Full refunds given for cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the event. A $200 service fee will be charged for cancellations received between 14 and 6 days prior. No refund will be given with 5 days of the event.

All hotel reservations are guaranteed.

For changes or cancellations to your room reservation please notify Tradeline, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.
