The UCSF Parnassus Heights campus contains UCSF’s health sciences professional schools, disease-oriented research programs, and UCSF’s hospitals and clinics. You'll examine first-hand a long-term modernization and capacity-enhancement initiative for a highly constrained, densely populated academic medical and health sciences campus. You'll view an illustration of plans to convert library space to simulation learning, clinical skills lab, telemedicine, and smart classrooms. You'll see before and after examples of a phased floor-by-floor lab-building renovation project - a successful BIM, design-build, LEED-certified project - and see a bird's-eye view of the planned UCSF stem cell research building.
