Q. What does my registration fee include?
A. The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, all hosted meals and receptions and a conference workbook. Hotel charges are paid to the hotel directly upon check-out.
Q. What if I can not register and pay online using a credit card?
A. You may fax in a registration form indicating your payment method by either check or purchase order. Please note: Institutional P.O. numbers are not eligible for any early discount offers. To receive an early discount, payment must accompany registration.
Q. What if I do not have a copy of the registration form to fax in?
A. Click Register Now and choose Pay Offline to obtain a faxable version of the form.
Q. What are your policies if I need to change or cancel my conference registration?
A. Tradeline, Inc. MUST receive all cancellations and changes to registrations in writing. You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. Full refunds given for cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the event. A $125 service fee will be charged for cancellations received between 14 and 6 days prior. No refund will be given with 5 days of the event.
Q. What are your policies if I need to change or cancel my hotel reservation?
A. All hotel reservations are guaranteed. For changes or cancellations to your room reservation please notify Tradeline, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.
Q. If I can’t attend, can I purchase a conference transcript?
A. No. Actually, it is our policy not to publish proceedings. This has to do with the nature of the information shared at Tradeline conferences and the security and legal issues surrounding that information as well as our conference format. The information exchanged often involves corporate and institutional policies, plans, procedures cost numbers, floorplans, candid statements about vendors and products, and other sensitive details that the owners don’t want in print or in circulation outside of the other owners at the Conference. Also, a great deal of the content is generated in open, on-the-fly discussions in concurrent forum sessions, which we have no mechanism for capturing, nor do we have the consent of the spokespersons to attempt to record these discussions of often sensitive issues. Some conference reports are later published as Tradeline Exclusive Reports with the speaker's cooperation.
Q. How many attendees must be registered to be eligible for the "team" discount?
A. Two or more registrants from the same organization. Please note: You will not receive a "team" registration discount until your team member's registrations have also been received.
