The thesis of this session is that there is a research building management model that will optimize your operating costs and increase the service-value-added to your building users. Bill Barrett and Sean Nugent detail Pfizer's initiative to develop and implement such a model through a process of internal assessment and the leveraging of a proven approach to cost optimization and productivity improvement for scientific facilities. They reveal findings on the total cost of ownership, "right-sizing" of service levels and resources, "networking", performance measurement systems, the communication of value-added to leadership, and the discovery and implementation of best management practices.
This session is approved by the AIA for continuing education credit. Session Leaders:- Bill Barrett , Executive Vice President, Scientific Facilities Practice - Jones Lang LaSalle
- Sean T. Nugent, PhD , VP of Global Operations - Pfizer, Inc.
