General Session: Open Forum/Town Hall Meeting #1 -- Cost reduction for operations & construction

Here you’ll learn about the current experiences and solutions of others with respect to cost models and labor issues for science building operations and maintenance, energy use reduction, construction costs, life-cycle planning methods, and value engineering. Plus, get answers from the group to questions not fully addressed in other sessions. This is an open-forum session in which conference participants contribute experiences, findings, and lessons learned to a group-generated document developed from real-time note-taking on a big-screen format. The compiled Open Forum/Town Hall document will be sent to all attendees.
