General Session: Open Forum/Town Hall Meeting

Here you’ll learn about a cross-section of current experiences, lessons learned, and successful solutions to the charting out and implementation of lean processes and policies for capital project and facility management organizations, sustainability policies, and energy cost reduction on an enterprise level. This is an interactive, audience-reporting session geared to discovering new management tools, analytical methods, planning models, findings, and successful solutions. It is also an opportunity to put questions to the group for a group response. Real-time note-taking is projected on a big-screen format, and session notes will be sent to all attendees.
