VP of Facilities and University Architect

Peter has served as the Vice President of Facilities, Real Estate, & Auxiliary Services at the University of Delaware since 2016. He leads a 550-person organization responsible for the university's Capital Projects, Planning, Space Management, Sustainability Energy & Engineering, Maintenance & Operations, Custodial Services, Real Estate Development & Leasing, and Parking and Transportation. Peter also serves as the University Architect, leading five master planning efforts during his tenure. From 2010-16, he was the university architect and Planning and Project Delivery director. Before joining UD, Peter was the Associate Director of Facilities Planning and Construction at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998-2008. He earned his Master of Arts degree from Duke University and a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University.
