Disposable clothing is often used in cleanrooms, animal care, and hazardous operations. This clothing consists of jumpsuits, lab coats, hats, masks, gloves, gauntlets, shoecovers, aprons, and gaiters. While worn over a person's street clothes to protect them from coming in contact with a hazardous agent, this clothing can also be worn to prevent someone from bringing a hazardous agent into the facility. Such clothing is usually worn only once and then discarded or sterilized and worn again.
