Acid Aerosol

Acidic liquid or solid particles that are small enough to become airborne. High concentrations of acid aerosols can be irritating to the lungs and have been associated with some respiratory disorders such as asthma. These particles are also highly corrosive to the metals and other materials they settle upon.
