Alternative Officing

In response to the competing demands of reduced occupancy costs, improved productivity, and increased worker satisfaction, many organizations are turning to "alternative officing." This concept is an umbrella term for an evolving spectrum of approaches to how, when, and where people work. Many organizations have made significant savings by implementing telecommuting, office sharing, hoteling, and satellite office programs among other strategies.
