Change Order

Written authorization given by a building owner or the owner's agent to a contractor to change the scope of work, design or materials used or equipment to be installed. One way to reduce change orders in a new construction project is to delay interior design until the last possible moment. This allows all the user changes to accumulate during structural construction resulting in the final programming data.
