Guaranteed Maximum Price Construction (GMPC)

Sometimes referred to as Contractor "CM" because the CM at some point during the design modifies his agreement with the owner to specify a guaranteed maximum price for the cost of construction. Under GMPC, the CM is postured in a dual role of construction manager and contractor once the arrangement is made.
