Mass Air Displacement Cleanroom (MADC)

A cleanroom used in conjunction with animal housing in research facilities to keep the environment free of hair, dandruff, and other airborne contaminants. The level of cleanliness is determined by the number of air changes per hour and the numbers and types of animals held in the cleanroom.
