Phasing Plan

In renovation projects, refers to the plan for evacuating, rebuilding and reoccupying small areas of a building sequentially until the entire facility has been renovated. The purpose of a phasing plan is to accomplish a renovation with a minimum of disruption to ongoing operations and loss of productivity.
