Located in the heart of NYC, we are looking for a strong Facilities / Operations Manager for a 50,000+ sq. ft. data center facility. The qualified candidate should have strong grasp of Electrical and HVAC requirements, work with contractors and vendors, as well as managing sub-lease tenant relationships. Salary commensurate with experience, complete benefits and 401K.
