I represent several firms in various locations in the US including the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast and West that have thriving architectural practices. The missing element in each location is a strong architect that can lead or grow into the leadership of an already strong science practice. The reasons for these openings includes aging principals, gaps in succession, or, growth using leadership from other offices and/or stretching national resources to build an offices work and portfolio. The need now is to cover local markets with local leadership, or to fill the successor role. We're looking for people that have strong academic science portfolio's, consulting experience, experience being in front of clients, a strong desire to chase and win nationally and internationally significant commissions and the pride to see them well executed.
