Program Manager—Space Plan--18181
New Space Planning Program Manager to support our growing Pharmacy Division. Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of business unit space planning and program initiatives. Insures that all functional activities support PBM strategic goals. This role will specialize in space planning initiatives and will provide support in other company areas that may include government relations and compliance along with professional development and cultural enhancement efforts. In addition to managing all aspects of the space planning program, essential duties may include, but are not limited to: aligns and implements practices and manages projects that support the overall business objectives and enterprise space planning efforts; initiates, schedules, plans, coordinates and executes relocations and installations that support the business unit; provides end-to-end communication and influences at all levels across the business unit as it relates to relocations and other space planning initiatives; performs space analyses, provides long-term projections and coordinates enterprise-level involvement to support growth of the business unit; conducts strategic and long-term planning to support business unit objectives; develops, coordinates and executes re-stacking plans across the entire business unit in all locations; develops document tool to monitor and track all relocations and space planning initiatives across the business unit; applies project management methodology to all initiatives; provides expertise to the business unit on space planning initiatives; manages effective relationships with corporate business areas; and performs other duties as assigned.
BA/BS and a minimum of 6-10 years managing mid-to large-scale planning/program initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Graduate degree and/or professional designation related to field preferred. Experience in commercial interior design with emphasis on space planning and expert knowledge of systems design preferred. Expert knowledge of project management methodology approaches, project management certification and communicating initiatives effectively (oral and written) required. Demonstrated leadership, relationship management and negotiation skills required. Proven planning and organizational skills to ensure development and maintenance of relationships across organization. Strong analytical, problem solving skills and expert understanding of the overall organization, complex business processes required. Word and PowerPoint - proficient, Excel - expert level required.
