Seeking a Rainmaker/Practice Builder who is a proven industry leader or a person who is ready to be. You must have a successful track record in Marketing/Business Development, Client Management, and Project Management/Delivery.
Will consider people who are Business Development professionals, Architects, Lab Planners, Interior Designers, etc. The bottom line is finding someone who is a leader, strategic thinker, and visionary.
This is a Principal level position.
Compensation includes a base salary of $135-250k plus a complete benefits packaging with bonus plan and potential profit sharing. Firm is employee owned.
Requires 10 years or more recent experience working on labs, research facilities, biosciences, higher education, nanotechnology, and/or biopharm/pharm projects.
