System Coordinator-Facility Management Systems Argonne National Laboratory Location: Argonne, IL Description:
The Facilities Management and Services (FMS) Division of Argonne National Laboratory, one of America’s premier science/technology R&D centers located 25 miles southwest of Chicago, is seeking candidates for the position of System Coordinator-Facility Management Systems.
This position functions as systems coordinator for the site computerized facilities management systems (CFMS), develops and implements protocols and training on CFMS, provides technical assistance and training to users on system and related applications, and evaluates existing and potential uses of system and applications to identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements include considerable knowledge of the operation of the CFMS, and computer software, hardware and networking that utilize CFMS applications, good knowledge of the facilities operating processes, and the ability to interface with division personnel pertaining to information and control systems operating at the Laboratory. Knowledge of Maximus Facility Focus Software is desired. A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years experience or equivalent is required.
