Qualified candidates will have 20-30 years experience in the Midwest or have Midwest roots and working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager. Experience in an occupied healthcare setting a must.  Ideal candidate will have a portfolio of $500m + healthcare construction experience from a supervisory role.  Only candidates with Owner's Rep, Program Manager or CM Agency experience as opposed to strictly self-performing General Contractor experience will be considered.  This is an ongoing account with a repeat client in the healthcare sector having $450 million in work scheduled at this time for expansions.  Contract in place lasts until 2012 with ongoing negotiations for continued work in 2013-2015.  They are building on 20 different hospital campuses, just completed a $300 million healthcare project and was just awarded another contract for hospital work valued at over $500 million.  This is the #1 healthcare builder in their area!
