UT Southwestern Medical Center’s current six-year Capital Improvement Program includes $800 million of new construction, including a $225 million biomedical research building, a $42 million phase one, biotechnology park, and a $360 million hospital bed tower. UT Southwestern Medical Center is one of our nation's premier academic medical institutions whose missions are biomedical research, patient care, and medical education - and is home to four Nobel laureates. The 8 million square foot multi-campus medical center is located on 214 acres five minutes from the Dallas CBD. We are currently seeking a senior level person with a minimum of ten years experience responsible for delivering multi-million dollar healthcare facilities.
