Description:
Senior architect to lead the architectural projects as directed by the client. Projects include new construction, existing space modification (both semiconductor fabrication areas and office space), code evaluations and project studies. Lead a team of architects and architectural designers. Lead and coordinate with a multi-disciplined team to deliver a complete design build construction package. Interface with the client to scope new projects and prepare work plans and schedules for potential and approved projects.
Requirements:
An architect with a minimum of ten years experience weighted in the industrial sector (semiconductor projects a plus). Candidate should have a Utah Architectural stamp or be able to be licensed in UT. Multiple project experience with a demonstrated understanding of the code analysis. Strong team and client communication skills. Team leadership experience with the ability to deliver fast track projects.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Local candidates preferred, but relocation is available.
