Strategic Procurement Solutions seeks a skilled Contracts Manager with strong knowledge of Construction Services, to work daily at our client's site performing RFQ, RFP, Contract Drafting, and Supplier Management tasks related to construction initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:

5 - 8 years experience in procurement and/or construction contracts management.

Strong knowledge of the construction industry is required.  Experience managing construction contractors, design/engineering, architectural, and trade contractors is strongly desired.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced project environment, with minimal supervision.  Ability to support 10 - 14 sustained projects on an ongoing basis.  Work days may exceed 9 hours during peak time periods.

Excellent contract drafting & writing skills.

Strong analytical abilities.

Highly organized and efficient time manager.

BA degree required. 

MBA desirable. 

CPM and/or CPCM certification preferable.

Successful candidate may be required submit to drug testing and criminal background investigation.
