Our dedicated team of managers recognizes the unique needs of each client and each transition. These needs drive the development of innovative solutions that are systematically implemented through techniques and technologies that have been used internationally to plan and direct complex facility changes for corporations of all sizes, federal and state government agencies, healthcare facilities of all types, and laboratories.
The primary requirements of the Project Manager position consist of planning and managing corporate relocation projects in various areas. While possessing strong written and oral communication skills, the individual must also have the ability to effectively and professionally work with people of various disciplines and levels within multiple organizations including administrators, architects, engineers, construction managers and executive staff.
Education and Experience should include a bachelor’s degree in facility management, architecture, interior design or other related field; with three or more years of proven experience leading facility transition projects is preferred.
Our Project Managers must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel, PowerPoint and Project– Version 2000 or newer, working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Access and Publisher – Version 2000 or newer.
Since our projects can take us around the world, Project Managers must be willing to travel if needed, although there is no set amount of travel required.
