Senior Strategic Planner – New York City, NY

 

NELSON Strategies, our strategic facilities planning team serving large Fortune 500 clients, has an exciting opportunity in our New York City based client team.

The Senior level Strategic Planner is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing strategic real estate plans in a dynamic client environment.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional (minimum 8 years) with exceptional, proven occupancy planning and analytical skills.  Develop master and strategic plans which link business and real estate strategy to forecast supply and demand for space.  

 

Direct strategic and tactical occupancy planning experience is required, preferably in a multi-building portfolio environment.  Outstanding interpersonal skills, team focus, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point and a working knowledge of AutoCAD are essential.  Occasional travel is required.

 

Minimum Skill, Experience and Education Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5 years of corporate real estate planning/analysis or related consulting experience
• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Ability to read Floor Plans
