Schaper Associates, a leading recruiting and staffing firm, is wokring with a large A&E design firm to fill a critical position in their Philadelphia office. We are looking for an experienced estimator with expertise in pre-construction estimate preparation, value engineering, etc. who has worked on very large projects ($50m to 500m amd more). This position involves interface with designers, clients and vendors to prepare estimates to build and tradeoff analyses for various types of projects. This position reports to the Chief Estimator of the firm.

You must have large project experience and expertise in using an estimating database such as R.S. Means. A BA/BS is generally required, but they will consider a very well qualified candidate without a degree. Relo assistance is available for the right candidate.
