Springstep We are seeking an experienced professional with strong
facility management and construction experience to be
responsible for the maintenance of our beautiful 15,000 sq. ft.
building. He/she must be comfortable overseeing the work of
subcontractors in the building trades, performing basic
repairs, handling routine maintenance and cleaning, and
responding to emergencies and security issues. As part of a
small and integrated staff team, this person also sets up for
programs and events, including operating audio and/or video
systems used by musicians and dancers. The working
schedule requires some flexibility in hours during the week
coupled with frequent weekend and event-related work.
He/she is also the lead staff person on call for building related
emergencies. The successful candidate will be highly
knowledgeable about building systems and have very high
standards for quality of construction, maintenance, and
repairs. He/she will also enjoy working with people and
supporting a diversity of arts and cultural programs,
performances, and events.

University of New Mexico The University of New Mexico Office of Planning & Space
Management is seeking an outstanding individual to assist in
managing and maintaining a comprehensive University space
inventory information database, ensuring consistency and
integrity of the data. This individual will collect and oversee
collection of space data and complex related information.
They will assist in interpreting data and provide consultation
regarding implications; may make recommendations for
adjustments. Duties may include responsibility for providing
technical analysis of University space allocation data and
making recommendations to solve space-related problems
This person may conduct needs assessments, design and
create databases, generate simple reports, and participate in
testing of new applications and/or enhancements and
modifications for existing applications. They will train and
oversee support staff/students. They must be able to
competently complete autocad architectural drawings. This
person may also participate in the development of design
programs for new facility construction and renovation
projects. The position requires a team player, and excellent
communicative/written skills.
