Systems Control Center Manager

University of Virginia
The University of Virginia is pleased to invite candidates for the position of Systems Control Center Manager. The System Control Center (SCC) remotely monitors building fire alarm, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout the University. The Systems Control Center Manager will manage and provide engineering services for the Systems Control Center by supervising operators; ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and technological growth of the energy management/building automation systems (EMS/BAS); and ensuring effective rapid and accurate response to EMS/BAS alarms. The manager will identify and implement state-of-the-art technologies on the building information systems and develop and implement controls strategies to achieve sustainability goals.
