CHARLOTTE, N.C. - General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products is relocating its headquarters and light manufacturing operations from Burlington, Vt. to Charlotte, N.C. The $30-million relocation project will create 405 jobs and will enable the company to be operational at the new site by fall of 2004. General Dynamics Armament, a unit of General Dynamics Corp., designs, develops, and manufactures aerospace and defense products.
