Louisburg College Renovates Residence Halls

LOUISBURG, N.C. -

Louisburg College is initiating a $12-million renovation of its North Carolina residence halls. Nashville, Tenn.-based Athena Housing Partners will begin renovation of the first facility in August, 2003. Athena will fund the construction in exchange for the right to lease and operate the facilities, which were originally built in the 1950s and 1960s. Completion of the project, which will include the construction of one new residence hall and renovation of the three existing dorms, is slated for fall 2005.
