Kaiser Leases Richmond Lab and Training Facilities

RICHMOND, CALIF. -

Kaiser Permanente will occupy a 29,812-sf training facility and a 50,885-sf reference lab in Catellus Development's Regatta Business Park in Richmond. The 80,697-sf lease is in addition to Kaiser's existing 37,960-sf optical lab in the park. The new facilities will bring an additional 100 Kaiser employees to the site.
