BALTIMORE, MD. - The University of Maryland Medical Center is building a new $357-million ambulatory care center in Baltimore. The eight story, 503,450-sf facility will include an underground 500-car parking garage. Construction is expected to begin in late 2006 and reach completion in early 2010.
