Exempla Community Hospital Plans New Facility

LAFAYETTE, COLO. -

Exempla Community Hospital has selected Broomfield, Colo.-based Capstone Planning & Control to provide independent cost estimation verification for a new hospital in Lafayette, Colo. The facility will be approximately 400,000 sf and have a construction cost of $130 million. Davis Partnership of Denver and HKS Architects of Dallas are working together to design the facility, and MA Mortenson/Saunders joint venture will be the CM/GC. Cator Ruma & Associates is the mechanical/electrical engineer.
