BROOKLYN PARK, MINN. - Protein Design Labs opened a new 210,000-sf biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Brooklyn Park , Minn., on July 22, 2004 . The facility will start producing monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of medical conditions by 2007.
