Loma Linda University Medical Center Develops Murrieta Hospital

MURRIETA, CALIF. -

Loma Linda University Medical Center is planning to partner with Physician Hospital of Murrieta, LLC and developer Surgical Development Partners of Nashville to build a $200 million hospital in Murrieta, Calif. The 106-bed facility and two 120,000-sf medical office buildings will be physician-owned. Construction is expected to begin in early 2008 with completion in two years. The hospital will accommodate general, acute care, and specialty services including obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiovascular, and emergency.
