MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - Cendant Mortgage is building a 175,000-sf office building in the Bishops Gate Business Center in Mount Laurel, N.J. Developed by Liberty Property Trust of Malvern,N.J., the facility is Cendant's third building in Bishops Gate and will accommodate 1,200 mortgage processing employees. The relocation is part of Cendant's overall plan for expansion. The building is slated for completion in January.
