International Monetary Fund will be occupying a second headquarters building adjacent to its current location on Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington. Developed by Washington-based
Carramerica Urban Development,a subsidiaryof Carramerica Realty, the project will be designed by architectural firm
Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. Pending zoning approval, construction will begin in late 2002 with occupancy slated for December 2005.
