ORLANDO, FLA. - Arnold Palmer Hospital, part of Orlando Regional Healthcare, has commenced sitework for its new 11-story, 273-bed hospital for women and babies in Orlando, Fla. The new $100 hospital will be connected to the existing 281-bed facility by an elevated walkway, and will enable the consolidation of women and babies’ services in one area. Designed by Jonathan Bailey, the project will also free up more room for pediatrics at the existing building. The contractor for the hospital is Robins & Morton. Completion is expected in late 2005 or early 2006.
