ARLINGTON, VA. - Strayer University has plans to expand and relocate its 1,200-student Arlington campus to a planned three-story building located on top of the Court House Metro station. The university will occupy the top two floors (30,000 sf) of the 54,000-sf building. The project, which is set to open in fall of 2002, is under development by the Arlington-based Jenco Group. Construction is expected to get under way in fall 2001.
