WASHINGTON - The
Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-profit health care philanthropy, is building a 96,000-sf office and public affairs center in Washington.
Concord Partners is providing project management and development services for the nine-story building, joined by general contractor
Clark Construction and architect
Mullen-Rubin Architects on the project team.
The facility is slated to begin construction in late March with completion expected in October of 2003.
