Nioxin Research Laboratories, an Atlanta-based hair care products manufacturer, is leasing 195,375 sf at Westfork Distribution Center in Lithia Springs, Ga., for its new headquarters. The 380,700-sf Westfork development, owned by Industrial Developments International, is currently under construction and slated for completion in February. Nioxin will consolidate 140,000 sf in two Atlanta facilities with the move, which will allow Nioxin to house its manufacturing and administrative operations in a single facility.
