Signed future tenants include Oakland-based Thios Pharmaceuticals, leasing 18,000 sf; Proteum Tech, leasing 7,000 sf; and San Francisco’s KineMed, leasing 5,000 sf.  Wareham also plans to convert an additional 30,000 sf to lab facilities on the fifth floor of EmeryStation North.
