Biogen formally dedicated a 250,000-sf large-scale manufacturing facility in Research Triangle Park in early May. With 120,000 liters of bioreactor capacity, the $173-million facility will give Biogen one of the world's largest biologic manufacturing capacities and will allow the flexibility to produce multiple products in Biogen's pipeline. The biotech giant also dedicated a 150,000-sf lab and office building in Research Triangle Park.
