BERKELEY, CALIF. - The University of California is making plans for a new 60,000-sf office building adjacent to the Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The University’s Board of Regents is seeking a developer to design, build, finance, and maintain the building. Construction is slated to begin in 2003, targeting May 2005 for occupancy.
