Glazer's Wholesale Distributors, a Dallas-based wine and liquor distributor, is construction a $10-million facility on 13 acres in St. Charles, Mo. Glazer's will relocate from 160,000 sf of leased space in St. Louis to the new 200,000-sf to 225,000-sf building when it becomes operational in February of 2007. Construction on the new building is expected to commence by the end of 2005 with completion expected in 2006.
